How quickly do you respond?
Calls are answered in business hours by a real person, not a phone tree. Emails are returned inside one business day, often same-day. Urgent referrals jump the queue.
What if I need to reach you after hours?
Leave a voicemail or email [email protected] and we'll come back to you first thing the next business day. For mental-health or medical emergencies always call 000 or Lifeline on 13 11 14.
I'm a support coordinator: is there a dedicated contact?
Yes. Call the main intake line and ask for the support coordinator desk, or email [email protected] with “Support coordinator referral” in the subject line. Same-day acknowledgement, service agreement back inside two business days.
Is the Dandenong clinic accessible?
Yes. Step-free entry, accessible parking, accessible bathroom, and a quiet sensory room for clients who need a lower-stim space. If you have specific access needs, flag them on intake and we'll prepare.
