Call intakeDo you charge travel for home visits?
Travel is billed per NDIS Price Guide rules and only for visits outside our standard catchment. Most clients within our listed suburbs pay no travel at all. We'll confirm in writing before your first visit so nothing is a surprise.
Can I see the same clinician at any clinic?
Most clinicians are based at one clinic but cover home visits in their region. If you start at Dandenong and later switch to telehealth or in-home, the same clinician keeps the file. You don't restart with a new face.
What if my suburb isn't on your list?
We travel further than the chip list suggests. Ring intake with your postcode and we'll either fit it into an existing clinician's run, or set you up with telehealth so therapy still starts the same week.
Do all three clinics see kids and adults?
Yes. Dandenong has the full team across paediatric, adult and senior care. Preston and Werribee cover OT and Speech with regular Physio outreach. If Physio isn't available locally on the day you need, we'll fit you in at Dandenong or via home visit.
Is parking sorted at every clinic?
