Travel is billed in line with the relevant funding body's pricing arrangements. We'll confirm the details in writing before your first visit so nothing is a surprise.
Can I see the same clinician at any clinic?
Most clinicians are based at one clinic but cover home visits in their region. If you start at Dandenong and later switch to telehealth or in-home, the same clinician keeps the file. You don't restart with a new face.
What if my suburb isn't on your list?
We travel further than the chip list suggests. Ring intake with your postcode and we'll either fit it into an existing clinician's run, or set you up with telehealth.
Do all three clinics see kids and adults?
Yes. Dandenong has the full team across paediatric and adult care, including Speech Pathology. Preston and Werribee run Occupational Therapy in clinic by booking, with Physio predominantly by home visit and occasional in-clinic sessions at Dandenong. Speech Pathology is based at Dandenong, with home visits near Dandenong, and telehealth further afield.
