The detail

Three signature areas
we specialise in.

01 · Strength & movement
01 · Strength & movement
Strength & movement

Stronger than last week. Every week.

Strength is the single most under-prescribed therapy in community physio. We change that. Every program is graded, progressed and measurable — building the capacity you need to stand, walk, lift, transfer and live without negotiating around your body.

  • Baseline strength & functional capacity testing
  • Progressive resistance program written for home
  • Fortnightly re-test & load adjustments
02 · Rehabilitation
02 · Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation

Rehab that doesn't stop at the hospital doors.

The hardest part of recovery is the bit after discharge. Stroke, cardiac event, ortho surgery, brain injury — we pick up the program where the ward physio left off, and we hold the line for as long as it takes. High-repetition, task-specific, with family training built in.

Mobility & balance

The floor isn't your friend. Let's keep you off it.

One in three Australians over 65 falls every year. Most don't bounce back. We run full gait analysis, vestibular and balance screening, environmental risk audits and tailored training programs — the evidence-based stack that actually drops falls risk in real homes.

How we start

From first call to
first program.

01 Week 1

Intake call.

We listen to what's going on, screen for red flags, work out the right physio for the job, and book in your first visit — usually within the same week.

02 Week 1–2

Full assessment.

Movement screen, strength testing, gait analysis, balance and functional measures. Goals agreed in writing before we leave the first session.

03 Week 2–3

Program written.

You get a home exercise program — illustrated, demoed, and short enough you'll actually do it. Equipment recommendations go in writing the same week.

04 Week 3–4

Rehab in motion.

Weekly or fortnightly sessions, with re-tests every four weeks and load adjustments as you progress. Your support team gets written updates.

Physio questions

Common asks
about physio.

Specifics about rehab timing, NDIS funding, post-stroke programs, home exercises, and mobility aid assessments.

Ask our intake team
How soon after surgery, stroke or injury should rehab start?

Generally, sooner is better. For post-stroke clients the first 6 months are the highest-yield window — we can start the day after discharge. Post-surgical clients follow their surgeon's protocol, and we coordinate with your treating team before the first session.

Is physiotherapy covered by NDIS?

Yes. Physio is funded under Improved Daily Living (capacity-building) and Improved Health & Wellbeing. We're a registered NDIS provider and we accept self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed clients.

Do you do post-stroke and neuro rehab in the home?

Yes — and most of our neuro rehab happens at home. Stroke, MS, Parkinson's, brain injury and spinal injury programs run on a task-specific, repetition-heavy model with family training built into each visit.

Will I get a home exercise program I can actually follow?

Yes. Every client leaves the first assessment with a written, illustrated home exercise program — short enough to be realistic, structured enough to progress. We re-test every four weeks and adjust the load.

Can you assess for walkers, sticks, AFOs or wheelchairs?

Yes. Our physios prescribe and trial mobility aids in your home — the place they actually need to work. We write up the NDIS evidence report and coordinate the supplier so you're not chasing paperwork.

Do you see kids?

Yes — paediatric physio is a core part of our caseload. Gross motor delay, cerebral palsy, tone management, post-surgical recovery and school-readiness goals. Play-based, family-coached, and tracked against standardised measures.

How quickly can we start?

No current waitlist for physio — most new clients have their first in-home visit within the same week of their intake call. Priority intake for hospital discharges and post-stroke referrals.
