Strength & conditioning
Targeted strength programs — graded, progressed, and matched to the things you actually want to do again.
Equal Therapy's Physiotherapists work on the things that actually move your day — getting out of a chair, walking to the shops, picking up a grandchild, returning to sport. Evidence-based rehab, written into a plan you can follow at home.

Targeted strength programs — graded, progressed, and matched to the things you actually want to do again.
Full gait assessment, balance retraining, and falls-prevention programs evidenced to reduce risk by up to 30%.
Structured rehab for stroke, MS, Parkinson's and TBI — task- specific, repetition-heavy, written for the long haul.
Walkers, sticks, AFOs, wheelchairs — assessed, trialled and fitted properly, with the NDIS evidence write-up included.
Gross motor delay, cerebral palsy, tone management, and school-based goals — play-based therapy that gets results.
Written, illustrated and demoed in your living room — short enough to actually do, structured enough to actually work.
Strength is the single most under-prescribed therapy in community physio. We change that. Every program is graded, progressed and measurable — building the capacity you need to stand, walk, lift, transfer and live without negotiating around your body.
The hardest part of recovery is the bit after discharge. Stroke, cardiac event, ortho surgery, brain injury — we pick up the program where the ward physio left off, and we hold the line for as long as it takes. High-repetition, task-specific, with family training built in.
