Yes, that's the model. Our therapists travel across Greater Melbourne: south-east from our Dandenong base, north from Preston and west from Werribee. We work in your living room, your child's classroom or your workplace. We also see clients in clinic and offer telehealth Australia-wide.

We're a fully registered NDIS provider and audited annually to the Practice Standards. We support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants, and our team handles all the service agreements and invoicing in-house.

We aim to see new clients as soon as we can. When you start depends on current clinician capacity and completing your onboarding paperwork. We prioritise intake for urgent hospital discharges, early intervention and palliative referrals.

Frequently. It's one of the most efficient ways to use our service. We assign discipline-specific clinicians to each family member, then coordinate behind the scenes so goals don't compete.

Private sessions follow the relevant Australian professional association rates. Depending on your situation, you may also be covered through Medicare CDM plans, private health extras, DVA, TAC, WorkCover, or My Aged Care and CHSP. We'll walk you through it on the first call.

Wherever we can, yes. We'll match you with a clinician whose specialty fits your goals, and you stay with them where possible. If the fit isn't right, tell us and we'll work through it with you. Any change is managed by consultation and a proper clinical handover, so nothing gets lost.
