Yes, that's the model. Our therapists travel across Melbourne's South-East (Casey, Greater Dandenong, Frankston, Cardinia, Kingston) and work in your living room, your child's classroom or your workplace. We also see clients in clinic at Dandenong and offer telehealth Australia-wide.

We're a fully registered NDIS provider and audited annually to the Practice Standards. We support self-managed, plan-managed and NDIA-managed participants, and our team handles all the service agreements and invoicing in-house.

We currently have no waitlist. Most new clients have their first session within the same week. Priority intake for urgent hospital discharges, early intervention and palliative referrals.

Frequently. It's one of the most efficient ways to use our service. We assign discipline-specific clinicians to each family member, then coordinate behind the scenes so goals don't compete.

Private sessions follow the relevant Australian professional association rates. Most clients claim partial reimbursement through Medicare CDM plans, private health extras, or DVA. We'll walk you through it on the first call.

Always. We'll match you with a senior clinician whose specialty fits your goals, and if the fit isn't right after two sessions, we re-match without fuss. The therapeutic relationship matters more than the timetable.
