Why we're in the inner-north

Built for the non-driving north.

A lot of our Preston clients don't drive, by choice, by circumstance, or because the disability they're here for makes driving hard. So we sited the clinic two minutes from the station with the 86 tram on the doorstep. You can be in the waiting room within ten minutes of a train pulling into Bell.

  • 86 tram stop directly outside
  • Off-street parking with accessible bay

Preston questions

Common asks
about Bell Street.

Public transport, parking, what services run from Preston, and when it makes sense to come here vs Dandenong.

Book at Preston
Exactly where on Bell Street is the clinic?

On Bell Street near Bell train station. We confirm the exact street number with you at booking, partly because we're still firming up the tenancy, partly because some clients prefer text directions on the day.

Can I take public transport in?

Easily. Bell Station (Mernda line) is a two-minute walk, twenty minutes direct from Flinders Street. The 86 tram runs along the route and there are buses on Plenty Road and High Street.

Is parking actually easy around there?

Off-street parking on site plus an accessible bay nearby. Free 2P street parking on the side streets around Bell. If you're coming in for a long appointment, ask intake and we'll point you at the longer-stay options.

Do you do Physio at Preston?

Physio at Preston runs via home visit and outreach sessions, not yet full-time in clinic. If you specifically need in-clinic Physio, we'll book you at Dandenong or arrange a home visit closer to you.

Do you do school visits across the inner-north?

Yes. OT runs in-school sessions across inner-north primary and secondary schools for capacity building and classroom modifications. For Speech Pathology, support runs from our Dandenong clinic or by telehealth. Ask intake about school-based blocks.
